30 day training camp with my new coach definitely taught me a lot about elevation, my bike and mainly myself! Breaking the body down to build it up! Climbing mountains is all very new to me but the challenge was accepted and conquered! 14 miles up Mount Lemmon in 2:46min was probably one of the greatest achievements to date. I think I experienced every emotion in my body in that time period from Love to Hate.
Next year all the way up to Mile 28!
